Discounted products (  final sale / goodbye sale /New year treat items ) are not eligible for exchange/return for store credit / refund .

RETURN  for store credit policy

1. Return initiating period is 12 days from the order shipping date ! 

2. Reverse pickup will be arranged by the brand RADHARAMAN. 

3. you will receive store credit code once we receive the product back and approve your return request. ( it will take about 6-7 days )
 
4. Reverse pickup charges is Rs. 290 which will be cut from your store credit .
 
5.Store credit is valid for 2 months .
6.Store credit code  is applicable once per order .

7. In case of offer purchase ( with discount codes ) , you won’t be able to get/apply the offer at the time of exchange/return . 

8.No returns for store credit /exchange for international order .

9. In case reverse pickup is not serviceable at customer address , customer will send the dress back and he/ she will be provided the store credit code of full amount .

5. in case of damaged/defected/inappropriate item, we will provide the New piece after receiving the original item from you .
