Return policy

1) -A Discounted products ( automatically discounted in cart / final sale / discounted price ) are not eligible for exchange/return for store credit / refund .

2)No returns for store credit /No exchange/ No refund available for international order in any case .

3) we don’t do refunds ! We allow returns for store credit & you can order anything with that store credit code . We don’t promise that original order item will be available all the time , in this case you can check other items !

4) customised products are not exchangeable/returnable in any case

5) once the order is placed , we won’t be able to cancel this !

6) one order can be exchanged /returned for store credit once !

RETURN for store credit policy

1. Return initiating period is 12 days from the order shipping date !

2. Reverse pickup will be arranged by the brand RADHARAMAN.

3. you will receive store credit code once we receive the product back and approve your return request. ( it will take about 6-7 days )

4. Reverse pickup charges is Rs. 200 which will be cut from your store credit .

5.Store credit is valid for 2 months .

6.Store credit code is applicable once per order .

7. In case of offer purchase ( with discount codes ) , you won’t be able to get/apply the offer at the time of exchange/return .

8.No returns for store credit /No exchange/ No refund available for international order in any case .

9. In case reverse pickup is not serviceable at customer address , customer will send the dress back and he/ she will be provided the store credit code of full amount .

1. In normal purchase , We don’t provide exchange ! We have the facility of return for store credit . (We will arrange the return pickup of product and we will provide you store credit code once we receive it & you can apply the store credit code in your next purchase)

3. Returns for store credit can be processed Only once per order.

4. Customised orders are not eligible for exchange/return/store credit .

5. in case of damaged/defective /inappropriate item, we will provide the New piece after receiving the original item from you / in case we don’t have same piece, we will provide store credit code of the same amount . To claim the damage , you have to provide full dress picture with damage picture & front & back photo of packaging / package within 24 hours after receiving!

6. FOR MISSING PRODUCT :
please share complete unboxing video of the package to claim any missing / damage piece. NO UNBOXING NO CLAIM.

7. No cancellation after placing the order in any case !
