Radharaman is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather /Covid situation etc.

Delivery period for international order is 25-30 days .

EXCHANGE POLICY (EXCHANGE PERIOD IS 3 DAYS)

To INITIATE the exchange,

1. To exchange a particular product ,the garment should be ship back to us within 3 days of delivery date,at this address-

and only after receiving it, we will re-ship the required garment.

( In case of higher price of required item than the original order item , customer will pay the excess amount through paytm /gray , net banking or card )

( Refund /return is not available so choose the items for exchange according to the original order amount )

2..Please mention your full name and order ID on the parcel and also make a slip mentioning the garment name(with size) you need in exchange.

3.Please email us the tracking number once you dispatch

4. You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and when re-sipping is approved.

Important instructions:

1. Non-Refundable (non-returnable),Only Exchange is allowed.

3) In case of handpainted pieces, there might be little difference in shade of the dress or minor splash on the dress , that won't be exchanged since these are the features of handpainting and that makes every single piece different from other.

4.WHAT ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE?

In original condition

Unwashed and Unworn

In the original packaging/With Tag.

5.ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN THE ITEM FOR EXCHANGE?

You are responsible for return shipping and charges

Original shipping charges is non-refundable.

6. All product that need to be exchanged , should be sent back to us . WE DO NOT PROVIDE REVERSE PICK-UP's

7. Exchanges can be processed Only once per order.

8. In case of defected piece, new piece of same design will be given ..

9. Customised orders are not eligible for exchange/return.
